A: A Texas attorney is in the best position to advise you here, but your question remains open for almost a week, and you express an urgency with regard to time. It isn't fully clear exactly what is going on here, but you ask what reasons your attorney could have for not representing you. No one here could answer that without seeing your file or understanding your attorney's reasons.

If your attorney has withdrawn from representing you, the short answer is that you could consult with other attorneys. You should do so before you are on the eve of the statute of limitations (that's a deadline for filing legal action and is something a Texas attorney could advise you about). If you speak with new attorneys, let them know about your original attorney so there are no unpleasant surprises with liens. They can explain that to you further.

Thank you - God bless you too - You have a wonderful day too. Don't lose further time awaiting a response here - your question suggests that you believe you are dealing with a law firm here. This isn't a law firm. It's only a Question & Answer Forum.

Good luck
