A: An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. It could depend on what is at stake and how compelling a case can be made that the case was settled. However, nationwide, many carriers consider settlement terms sealed only after a release has been signed by the claimant. Additionally, there is the element of whether you were delegated to handle the matter due to a driver being a minor. These are general considerations. If you reached out to Arizona attorneys, they could advise more meaningfully, with more specific details about the file, your conversations, and your correspondences. I hope your daughter is okay from the accident. Good luck
