Q: I presently live in the State of Florida, I have a 2002 child support judgement in the State of Georgia. The defendant

presently lives in the State of Pennsylvania. The defendant is in arrears for the entire disposition (hasn't made any payments). The defendant is due to receive a large sum of money soon. Where and how do I obtain the arrears owed to me.

A: If in fact you have a judgment from Georgia with a specific amount listed you need to contact a debt collection attorney about enforcing the judgment. It is no longer a family court matter.
