Houston, TX asked in Divorce and Family Law for Texas

Q: How can I get a free divorce due to domestic violence and CPS my kids currently reside with my mother and he is incarce

There are issues that popped up about him inappropriately touching 2 of my 3 kids which are his kids as well. He is the reason why cps is in our lives and I should have done this along time ago but was to busy blaming myself how could I have let this happen. So now I have to fight harder and stronger than before to remove him from their life fearing he would hurt them out of anger for them saying such things. I do fear for them as I fear for myself when he was out. I cannot let him win cause that's his thrill me losing everything including my kids cause he says he will make sure I will never have them if he can't have me. I need help with a lawyer and I need help with a divorce.
