Q: Are promissory notes legal if my signiture is not on it. Nane is printed but where it says signiture its blank?

A: An oral contract for the loan of money is enforceable in court. The promissory note could be introduced in court as evidence of the terms of the loan along with oral testimony that the money was loaned and received by the borrower with the borrower's promise to repay it.
