A: Based on your work schedule, someone needs to watch your child and it can be up to 10 hours per day during a normal work week and you have been using a babysitter for that role, but your ex is available to watch your child during that same time frame. So, I gather you would rather pay a babysitter to watch your child 10 hours per day instead of having your child watched by another parent, and the reason for your view ..... presumably because you are not confident in the other parent's ability to properly care for the child, or you are afraid that the other parent will use this change in setting to gain a change in the existing parenting time plan currently in place. Maybe you can talk with the other parent and agree on a schedule for the other parent to watch the child under specific conditions (to satisfy you and give you confidence that you can trust the arrangement).
