A: What exactly is your question?

You've provided insufficient information to allow a reasonable response, regarding a matter which occurred six years ago or more. There are important legal deadlines which must be met if you intend to challenge something from so long ago. Provide a chronology of events as they happened, along with all the witnesses and all your documentation to a lawyer who handles civil rights cases. Maybe you can get some help that way.

A: There may be bench warrant out for your arrest. They won't come looking for you but the next time you come into contact with the police you may be arrested. You can go to the court and review your file. It's public information. If you have an outstanding warrant get your affairs in order... contact a criminal attorney and consider turning yourself in. Good luck. Patrick Steinfeld.
