Q: If my child is in temp custody of a grandparent and only a petition has been given to court can I take her overnight?
My mom called CPS and there is an open case on me only based on financial reasons. All I'm aware of is my handed the judge a paper/petition of temp/emergency custody. Nothing else has been finalized yet. So can I legally take my daughter overnight
