A: An Ohio attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Until you're able to discuss with a local attorney, nationwide such a situation would usually be on the drone operator. If the crew is regularly up there to check equipment or perform maintenance, they could retrieve it without cost as a courtesy. But if they had to divert staff from other tasks to retrieve the drone where there was no other reason for them to be up there, they could charge for that. Good luck
