A: An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for four weeks. Until you're able to discuss with a local attorney, as a general matter, most property damage claims don't involve tickets. With or without a ticket, the option is usually there to handle the claim through one's own insurance or the other side's insurance. A ticket confirms a traffic code violation, but even without one, PD adjusters for the insurance carriers are usually able to examine the facts of the accident and make a determination of liability. Good luck
