A: You can file a motion to appear by zoom call. You can give any reasons related to a disability if you have one or if you are at high risk for Covid, or you cannot afford the travel expenses, the court may allow you to appear telephonically or by zoom call. But you have to formally file a motion and take the initiative and set it for hearing in order to get a judges permission. Good luck!
