Q: Can I charge my Ex for child care if he refuses to make his own child care arrangements?
Our son has mental and physical health issues that require being at the school and Drs office often. My ex will not keep him on his days if my son has an appointment or my ex has to work. It puts me in a position where I can't get a job because he has a job and won't keep him. He refuses to get child care. What are my options set up child care and have them bill him. But child care can't take him to all his appointments.
A: No. Instead, file a motion in your divorce or paternity case for him to pay all the child care bc he won’t make the arrangements.
