Houston, TX asked in Contracts and Products Liability for Texas

Q: What happens if we stop paying TECHNU for our 51 solar panels that haven’t worked in five months?? No response from comp

We were promised “Will not receive bill from electric company”. Panels sat for 6 months before learning still need electric company and solar plan. Started solar plan with TXU. Then lights and all appliances started arching. Turning off and on. Burning out everything. No one assumes responsibility. Get new appliances. Come to learn panels aren’t producing power. They never notified us. Can not get anyone to help. No letter in the mail, No return emails, No phone call. Now paying 300.00 a month for solar panels that aren’t working and 600.00 for electricity.

A: This may constitute a breach of contract. I would need to review the details. However, in the event it is a breach you will be able to take legal action.
