If I can’t get a hold of hr dept who can I talk to

A: Give up on 'chatting' and put the words in writing and fax them to the office; keep a copy of the fax transmission report. When you have such an unprofessional institution you really need to put everything in writing, and immediately. I'll be the company's fax number is on Google. In addition, by law there must be a poster at the workplace showing who to contact when there is a work injury, and it is typically the Workers Comp Insurance company. YOu definitely want to contact that group in writing. If you cannot, you need to get an attorney on it immediately.
