Q: Would this person deserve clemency?
Lets say someone was sentenced for 10-20 years for selling illegal drugs. During the first 8 months of the sentence, they decide to escape jail. 34 years later, she is found and now going back to jail. She has started good things for the community and has shown she is a changed person and has a family she has to take care of and people around her to backup her change in nature. Should she be granted clemency?
