I am an attorney here in Moses Lake WA, some 3 hours away from Seattle. I am not sure what county your charge is in but you need an attorney. If you can't afford to hire a private attorney ask the court to appoint you one. If your not eligible for the appointment of an attorney by the court OR if you don't think you are HIRE one.
