What is the least amount if time I am looking at if it is my very 1st dui, and I am 63 years old?I graduated the salvation army 5 years ago and haven't touched any drugs since then I have gone out of my way to build a 5 star handyman business and doing it happily sober .all while going to meetings and working very closely with a sponsor. Please help me in telling me what the minimum time I am looking at,it would be greatly appreciated if you could do so. A: Each case is different and you should reach out to a criminal defense attorney immediately to discuss your case. Most defense attorneys (myself included) will talk to you about the maximum sentence, minimum sentence, options and possible defenses for no cost at all. The information you have provided will need to be dug into a bit more by an attorney. Thee sooner you reach out to an attorney, the better it will be for your case.
