A: An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. It would be difficult for anyone here to offer guidance on your decision - they would need to see the release. Until you are able to review the release with an Arizona attorney, it's worth keeping this in mind. Standard bodily injury releases will generally state that in exchange for the money received as a settlement, the claimant agrees to give up all present and future claims, known or unknown. But every release can have specific terms, so be certain about what you are agreeing to - read the release thoroughly or review it with an attorney if you are unclear about what it means. Good luck
