Q: Can dectives refile on a case after you agree to corporate with them and stop talking to them
I agreed to corporate with them they did a raid with info I gave them but now they refiled on me

did they grant you immunity in writing or give you anything to assure you they would not go after you?
if you agreed to do something and then did NOT comply, of course they would file on you.
