A: If your husband pled guilty within the past 30 days, he may be able to withdraw his plea if properly requested to the court. If his guilty plea was based on coercion, or other violation of his constitutional rights, the plea could be reversed or undone, if properly filed and pled by Motion or by Habeas Corpus proceeding.

There are laws that protect a criminal defendant from coercion, or other undue influence. What's important is that there must be proof of the violation of your husband's rights.

Good Luck!

A: You need to retain a criminal lawyer to review the plea and the dismissal on co defendant. It is not easy to set a plea aside.
