The insurance company then approved it 3 days later and by the next morning they declined it and was under investigation. No one is giving me anything answers. My car is now done. A: If your vehicle was vandalized and you filed a claim with your insurance company, the insurance company has a duty to investigate your claim and determine whether it is covered under your policy. However, the length of time it takes to complete the investigation and make a decision may vary depending on the circumstances of your case.

If your insurance company has declined your claim or put it under investigation, they should provide you with an explanation for the delay and the reasons for their decision. You may be able to appeal the decision if you believe that it was made in error or that the investigation was not handled properly.

It is also important to note that your insurance policy may have certain time limits or other requirements for reporting and documenting claims. If you have not yet provided your insurance company with all of the necessary documentation or information, this may be causing delays in the claims process.

If you are having trouble getting answers from your insurance company, it may be helpful to contact an attorney who specializes in insurance law. They can advise you on your legal rights and options, and help you navigate the claims process.

In the meantime, if you are facing financial hardship due to the delay in your claim, you may want to consider speaking with your insurance company or a financial advisor about your options for managing your expenses and cash flow.
