Q: Is claim a validable claim for a law suit
I was incarcerated at Maricopa county jail on during January 26th of 2023 and I was in a psychiatric unit at lower buckeye jail and I was I happened to not feel good I was throwing up about 6 to 7 times that day and I had asked the deal if she could call the nurse or call the medical so that they could check my vitals because I know I wasn't feeling good I had to ask her like five times and she still didn't she just told me that hold on escobedo you're not the only one in here so then I went and I had to throw up again and by the time I walked back and I was only in a one-man's house so by the time I walk back to the door I must say like just blacked out right there and I hit the concrete seat that's inside of the cell my head hit it and then my neck hit it so when I hit the floor I wasn't able to I wasn't able to move my neck at all I was just laying there so when the deal came back to check around she see me on the floor and she opened it up and she like kicked at me and she's like w
