Q: My boyfriend and I have lived together for 11 years and have a 10yr old son together. I’m continually being threatened
With being kicked out. This isn’t a house we lease or pay rent on and he doesn’t own this house but his mother does. He has been my sole provider for the entire relationship and I’ve been homemaker but we aren’t married . My question is can he legally kick us out of the house? Side note his mother would never try and kick us out so not worried with her doing it. Only him. Thanks in advance Princess
A: If your boyfriend is not the property owner, he has no standing to sue you for eviction.
