A: Call lawyers on this list that do Malpractice or google lawyers in your area.

It is true these cases are very costly to bring, and remember, the costs are usually the client's responsibility.

If you can't get a lawyer, your LAST resort would be to sue in small claims for up to $10,000 until they raise the limits.

Please remember you are dealing with statutes of limitation, which would probably mandate filing within a set period of time, and if a governmental entity is involved, giving notice within 6 months.

A: Med-mal cases are expensive and California has a cap on recoveries making these claims expensive in relation to the recovery. Call some medical malpractice attorneys on this site.
