Q: can me and my brother move with my grandparents when my dad is unstable?

i am almost 15 my brothers almost 16, and our mother is deceased and my dad is very unstable as in we never go to school. i never went to 8th grade because he didn't want me to and my dad is pretty physical. we have whiteness. For that he abuses alcohol he has also beat my biological and his most recent girlfriends and every time were with him he never provides food most of the time and there are many times when he has left me and my brother a swollen lip he try's to fight us a lot, there is more. but my grandparents are very stable They always have food. We never miss a day of school when we were with them and they are very reliable we never fight we sit down and talk about unlike my dad he will try to get physical to get the answer he wants. my grandparents want to take us with them back home because they know how my dad is and they know we will thrive when were with my grandparents. we had to sleep on strangers couches because we no where to go even in homeless shelters
