Q: I want to know if I have a medical negligence/malpractice case
On March 2nd, around 10PM I called the after hours line at an OBGYN. The doctor on call was J.K. I informed the call specialist that I had a prcedure overseen by this obgyn clinic on Tuesday February 28th, and that my bleeding was picking up again and that it was getting to be a concerning amount and I needed to know if I should take the second dose of my medication. The call center specialist called me back and told me that the Dr. told her I had never been seen in this clinic, which was a lie. I began to get frantic and explained, I had been seen in person the prior friday and that Seattle OBGYN was the office that prescribed this medication. The call center specialist said that she would try to send another message. The call center specialist called me back one more time to tell me Dr. refused to give me a return call because I had not been seen by one of the MDs, which is not an actual policy per OBGYN.
If you suffered physical harm due to the refusal to see you, a case might be possible, though there are many difficulties.

A: A Washington attorney could advise best, as med mal cases generally have state-specific protocols, but you posted two weeks ago. I'm sorry for your ordeal. One option is to reach out to law firms to try to arrange a free initial consult - that could be a starting point in answering your question. Good luck
