Q: Ineffective Assistance of Counsel and Counsel making sexual advancements towards defendant... Motion was denied

Counsel still is representing defendant while severe and grave conflict of interest exist! How is this lawful and HOW can I be appointed another lawyer?I filed a Motion to Dismiss Counsel and Appoint Anew...Stating several discrepancies such as Ineffective Assistance of Counsel and Counsel making sexual advancements towards defendant... Motion was denied...Counsel still is representing defendant while severe and grave conflict of interest exist! How is this lawful and HOW can I be appointed another lawyer?
