Q: I was banned from a store in a strip mall the officers said I'm banned from the whole strip mall is this true?
I went to purchase a soda and the cashier refused to ring me up and threatened me I was the one who contacted the police.
A: The owner or management company of the mall can ban anyone they want. If they have banned you, then you can be charged with trespass if you go to the mall. Stay away from the mall.
