Q: What can be done about ex-wife not changing name back to maidan name?
Its in the divorce agreement and its been almost 3 years since the divorce has been finalized.
A: Absolutely nothing. A spouse MAY resume their prior name but there is no requirement they do so.

A: What does it say in the divorce agreement? Unless the judge ordered her to change it back, she has the right (but not the obligation) to do so. Many divorced persons opt not to undergo the name change process for various reasons.
