I’m a software development student, I know what I did is wrong and I’m really sad. I’m afraid what can happen if someone find what I did

A: Your answer will be found in your student code of conduct (sometimes called an honor code at some colleges). In most schools, what you have done is punishable by expulsion. Do NOT talk about this with anyone other than your attorney. Seek one out who is familiar with your school. Depending on their advice, you may want to consider having them anonymously describe the security hole you have discovered. In an instance like this self-reporting can resolve the issue with a penalty that does not result in expulsion.
