Q: landlord enters home w/out consent. I've put chain-link lock on now being threatened of eviction. what can I do?
Over the years I have complained about the lack of storage available to me, she has refused to offer any accommodations so I now use my spare bedroom as storage. She was made aware of this several months ago. Recently informed me that she was putting house up for rent and wants to show the house. I am unable to get covid vaccine and have underlining conditions. I asked that everyone wear face makes while in my home. Recently entered my home to snoop using the excuse she needed to get into the attic. Which the only access is through my home. She called my daughter to complain about the room and threats to have me evicted. The attic is very small and I an only allowed access to half of it. She uses the other half despite the fact she has a full basement and a two car garage. My daughter does not live with me and has nothing to do with my home. I don't have a least but I have lived here for almost 9yrs and have been an excellent tenant, no problems of any kind. What are my rights?
