Apart of the reason they said it was so high is because it was in an accident but I wasn’t the owner of the car when said accident happened. Can they still charge me for it on insurance?
A: An Ohio attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. If the car was in an accident with a different driver, that should not adversely affect the elements that go into computing your liability coverage premium. If you're talking about a situation where the accident is impacting coverage for comprehensive/property damage/etc. that's something else.
