A: This may be a claim that could be pursued as a Workers' Compensation Act claim if you are injured or become sick as a result of the bugs at your job. I am unsure, but I do not believe it is illegal to be a bad employer and fail to keep your employment premises bug free, so it may be a case where you want to look for another job.
