A: Unless they intentionally planned to cause you to be infested with fleas without your realizing it, for some malicious reason or purpose, and you can prove that, then no. Same goes for suing someone because you caught a cold or the flu from them when they knew they were sick but failed to warn you. Imagine all the parents suing other parents for sending their kid to school with sniffles or a cough and spreading the illness to their child. Such suits would be thrown out.
