Q: a contract says they will transfer a life insurance policy with approximate cash value of $68,000. The amount was actual

actually $63000. am i entitled to the $5000 difference?

A: Until you're able to discuss with a Nevada attorney, it's possible the term "approximate" could be raised in making claim for the difference. You could check with local attorneys to review the contract more thoroughly. Good luck
