Q: If I sign my own rights away to dcbs can I go back in later and try to fight for my rights back
My children was removed from my custody do to not have stable Housing for them and after mom's of trying I gave up signed my rights away now it's been 3 years and I have everything back together and also have 2 other children that dcbs has tried to take as well but have successfully showed them that they can't take them but they won't let me have any thing to do with my other children that I signed over and say I have no right to fight for my rights back why not though
A: No. Once your rights are terminated, you cannot go back and have them reinstated.
