A: Did you get a ticket in Italy in 2017 for driving? This sounds like a possible scam. Be very wary of this "agency" research them on the internet before you give them any money. The other question is "do you plan to return to Italy?" The Italian Highway Patrol (or whatever they call them) probably don't use Collection agencies.
