Q: A neighbor was bulling me and wss making load noises at 2 am i thought he was shooting a

So i walked over and plitly ask him to stop he choked me out can i sue him i have pic , went to doctor

A: You should have called the police. There was no reason for you to confront your neighbor. Nobody believes that you were polite at 2:00 AM. That said, your neighbor cannot commit a battery on you (choke you). If you were injured AND the neighbor was convicted, you MAY be able to recover for your medical bills unless your neighbor's attorney recognizes that you were trespassing when you confronted your neighbor, in which case you would recover nothing.
