Q: Can a person sue themselves?
A friend and I were talking about being self-employed which got me thinking if you work for yourself, could you not sue yourself? What if you're underpaying yourself? And then that brought up more questions like what if you don't pay yourself (if a ruling ordering payment was made)? How is it justice to yourself if YOU yourself go to jail? I am aware that this is one of those supposedly non existent silly questions, but I am genuinely curious to know the legal specifics to my question, which again, was : Can a person sue themselves?
