Q: Can I alter a contract from homeowners ins? Adj report =roof& screen only.

Current contract= roof will be by ins choice comp & defer ded.7k To ME for *all other damages currently documented to be 4k and under the ded.value=7k. there are huge other costs/damages currently not in adj. Report.

I dont want to sign *ALL DAMAGES beyond roof. I will sign IF its reference to roof. and defer 7k for screen & related to 7k.

I want to be sure i can submit the OTHER undocumented sucessfully for foundation / pool/ electrical wiring/AC/ FRIDGE/ MICRO/ febce/ window/ loss of usefood/ mold &water mgmt. Loss of trees-landscape/ erosion. None of that was documented by the adjuster 1 & only visit/ report= roof & screens.= my cost for ded @7k

Can i simply write addendum to state i agree to the terms relating to roof& related but want to consider my choice roofer and the deferred ded to refer to screens &related up to 7kbut NOT incl ANY or ALL OTHER DAMAGES NOT CURRENTLY DOCUMENTED/ SPECIFIED IN THIS CONTRACT FOR ROOF?& ROOF RELATED.and SCREENS.will note be legal if notarized?
