Q: Can cps withhold evidence of your innocence? If not why won’t anyone look at it? Or who do I contact about situations?
At birth cps took my baby for allegations that they refused to tell me any details about. Yet were quickly proved to be untrue. Instead of giving baby back they changed doctors notes, fabricated new allegations, (proven untrue) and removed baby from our care. Months later won custody back. Got hit hard with UA’s and scrutiny, oct 7th they removed baby yet again for a pos insta cup UA. For 30 days they held results denying us records of that particular Result. For 30 days they knew it was lab confirmed clean UA. Yet again they did not simply give us our baby back. Fought for months to settle on a placement option. Nobody will look at the fact we did not have a problem to correct within the household. They came in and created one. In turn they keep making new ones on every case plan so we cannot correct them in time. We are going to lose in trial. Corruption consumes this county. It’s destroyed my family. I have recorded all of what I could to prove their lyes and malice vendettas.help
