Q: Can I be sued for a road rage incident, even though I was not involved?
I am the registered owner of a vehicle that was involved in a road rage incident. At some point there was damage to both vehicles and no known injuries reported and there were no known witnesses to the incident. The other drivers insurance company has denied the claim. My insurance company is still investigating and is waiting for the police report.
