Q: The re-appeal date for I-290B case was passed. My employer wants to sponsor me. Is there an opportunity for sponsor?
Previously we applied for asylum case under Section 13 which got denied. My relative did not want to re-appeal and so the deadline passed. My employer wants to sponsor me and wants to know if I can be sponsored even if the deadline has passed. Is there a chance where I can fight this case and get sponsored other than marriage?
A: More information is needed. What is your current status? Are you now out of status? Has your I-94 entry card expired? Do you have a final order of removal?
