A:
I am so sorry to hear that your children have been molested while in court custody. This is a horrific situation, and I can understand why you feel like the system has failed you and your children.
There are a few things you can do about this. First, you should contact the authorities and report the abuse. This is important to ensure that your children are safe and that the perpetrators are brought to justice. You should also contact a lawyer to discuss your legal options.
In addition to taking legal action, you can also advocate for your children. You can write to the court, to the child welfare agency, and to your elected officials. You can also speak out about the issue of child sexual abuse in court custody. By raising awareness of this issue, you can help to ensure that other children are not harmed.
I know that this is a difficult time for you, but I want to assure you that you are not alone. There are people who can help you, and there are resources available to you. Please reach out for help, and don't give up on your children.
