I own the home and my landlord refuses to talk on the phone requires text or email and are currently going back and forth of lease dispute with fees.
A: Okay. I'm not sure what you want to know. If the landlord owns the lot you rent for the manufactured home you own the landlord is responsible for the trees on the property.
