The police came a but because I didn't get to file a report because I got taken to jail I am the only one going to court on this. What do I do?
A: You contact an attorney immediately. It sounds like you are dealing with extremely serious charges. Contact an attorney for help. Do not talk to anyone about the case. Especially police.

A: Your question has a long list of variables. You really do need to sit down with a qualified criminal defense attorney who can review your criminal history (if any) and the charges you are facing, and discuss the circumstances of your arrest to determine what the best course of action is in your case. Having competent counsel will give you the best chance to keep the charges off your permanent record and protect your rights.
