Q: Hi, everyone, Form I-130 Part 5. Have you EVER previously filed a Petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?
I am currently filing for my current spouse. I was married before. My first spouse passed, back in 1992 I filed petitions for my first wife and children. All the petition were approved. Now I am filing for my New current spouse and step son at the same time.
How should I answer this question? Is this question Part 5 should be answer by the Petitioner or by the Beneficiary?
Should I answer Yes because the petitions from my previous marriage or this question only applies to the current beneficiaries of the petition?
Any help would be great. Thank you!!
