A: In Nevada, threats of violence and harassment are serious offenses. Begin by documenting all interactions, including dates, times, and the content of any messages. With this evidence, contact the police, especially if you feel threatened. You may also seek a restraining or protective order against the individual, which would legally prevent them from contacting you. Violations of this order could result in criminal consequences. If you continue to experience harassment, consulting an attorney might be beneficial. Always prioritize your safety and contact law enforcement if you're in immediate danger.
