A: If you're facing charges for possession of IDs to commit forgery in Nevada, the possible outcomes can range from dismissal of the charges to conviction and sentencing. The severity of your situation would depend on the specifics of the case, any prior criminal history you may have, and how strong the evidence is against you. Penalties for these types of offenses can be severe, often involving jail or prison time, fines, and a criminal record.
