A: Legally no, but a word of "fatherly advice" - before getting married again. Ask family and friends to be honest with you, as to whether they think that this new person is really a good fit for you.

You may not like what you hear and may want to jump to tell them that they are wrong (if they dont love him/her) but pause and listen - sometimes those around us know us better and know whether the other person compliments our personality type.

If family / friends say that he/she is wonderful for you, then you get to blame them if things dont work out - win-win
